Kevin Allen

​Kevin started his music career at a very young age and having grown up in the small town of Rome, GA, as the “son of a preacher man”, he got plenty of practice. Kevin experimented with a scrub-board, a bass drum, and then, mastered the drum set. As the church drummer, he often brought services to life with his songs and music. He also played in local bands, family gatherings, and even ceremonies many years before finishing college.After several decades as a drummer, Kevin decided he wanted to incorporate the keyboard into his music.

As with most of the instruments he played, he dedicated his time to learning how to play the keyboard on his own, mostly through online instructional videos and by ear. Not only did he meet this personal challenge, he has provided a variety of quality entertainment to others. Kevin quickly fell in love with the keyboard and began using it to play gospel music. While performing gospel music, he noticed the similarity and influence that gospel had on other types of music so he began practicing more Blues, Soul, R & B, Pop, Country, and others to fill his appetite for music.  

Kevin is currently using his talents at churches, weddings, parties, and both private and corporate events. Over the years, his personal development as a musician has allowed him to broaden his scope of music to include hits from the “oldies” as well as “new age songs”. His charisma, voice, and overall stage presence will take your most popular songs and make you love them all over again. Some may even take you through a journey of fond memories!
